Refund & Return Policy

Custom printed products are made specifically for each customer and generally cannot be returned after production unless there is a confirmed production defect or dispatch damage.

Orders cannot usually be cancelled after proof approval and production start.
Color variation between screen and printed output is not treated as a defect.
Spelling, artwork, size or content errors approved by the customer are not eligible for refund.
Damaged delivery must be reported quickly with clear photos and packaging images.
Approved refunds or reprints are reviewed case by case after checking artwork, proof and production records.
