Refund & Return Policy
Custom printed products are made specifically for each customer and generally cannot be returned after production unless there is a confirmed production defect or dispatch damage.
- Orders cannot usually be cancelled after proof approval and production start.
- Color variation between screen and printed output is not treated as a defect.
- Spelling, artwork, size or content errors approved by the customer are not eligible for refund.
- Damaged delivery must be reported quickly with clear photos and packaging images.
- Approved refunds or reprints are reviewed case by case after checking artwork, proof and production records.
