Design Guidelines
- Upload clear, print-ready artwork in PDF, PSD, AI, JPG or JPEG format.
- Prepare artwork at 300 DPI at final print size.
- Use CMYK colour mode. RGB artwork may be converted and colour differences can occur.
- Add 3 mm bleed on every edge when colour or imagery extends to the trim.
- Keep important text and logos at least 3 mm inside the trim; a 3–5 mm safe margin is recommended.
- Check spelling, phone numbers, addresses, dates and prices before submission.
- Outline or embed fonts when exporting editable artwork.
- Provide separate front and back artwork when ordering two-sided printing.

Artwork and File Upload
Upload one print-ready PDF, PSD, AI, JPG or JPEG file up to 25 MB. The selected filename is shown with the cart item, and accepted artwork is stored privately rather than in the public Media Library.
Do not upload executable files or files whose extension does not match their contents. If the artwork is not ready, contact the team for design help or confirm whether it can be provided later before placing the order.
Production and Delivery
Production begins after the selected options, artwork and payment requirements are confirmed. The approved working estimates are 3–5 working days for digital short runs and 5–8 working days for multicolour offset bulk runs.
