Because most print orders are customized, refund and return eligibility depends on the stage of production and the nature of the issue.

• Customers must review and approve proofs before printing.
• Approved artwork errors may not be eligible for refund after production starts.
• If an order is damaged or produced incorrectly, contact us with photos and order details.
• Approved refunds or reprints are handled after review by the Samayam Print House team.
